Holly is close to all Ladner’s amenities just across the freeway, and there’s a distinct rural feel to the community. Bordered on two sides by undeveloped land, and by Highways 17A and 99, there is plenty of space, large houses on expansive lots and unobstructed views. Holly Real Estate is chiefly single family homes in subdivsions but there are some townhomes also available. Properties are spacious inside and out and there is a good selection of one level ranchers. The recent past has seen an influx in the development of executive-type homes due to the affordability of the larger lots. Accessibility to all major routes is also a definite fringe benefit in home ownership.
Holly has a few commercial businesses but the area is primarily residential, with some backing on to open fields. Parks in the neighbourhood include Association, Holly and Mountain View. Grass and turf sports fields, playgrounds, walking trails and basketball courts are available.
